edinburgh_trams is the LiveJournal community for Edinburgh Trams. Poorly planned, ludicrously slow and massively disruptive in construction, but speedy (at least on the off-street sections), efficient, quiet, comfortable, safe and non-polluting in operation. All those armchair experts who insist that "Naebody wants them" are talking pish.
