I went to her mom's Myspace. How heartbreaking.

Same. I have tears streaming down my face after watching that video her sister made. What a beautiful girl. What a sad, sad loss.

Me too. I feel especially sad that her friends seem to be ignoring her mother but maybe I'm jumping to conclusions.

I noticed that too. Her posts seem to be pretty negative about her mother, but I think that's fairly normal for a 16-year-old girl. I know I used to write some really harsh stuff about my grandmother (who was like a parent to me) but she still would've been absolutely heartbroken if I'd died. I hope people aren't assuming her mother is as evil as a troubled teenage girl made her out to be. :(

I just peaked at her journal. So sad to hear of someone so young...and given the comments to her last post, I can see that she was very loved. If only she had realized this, and reached out.

Gads. I actually saw two "potato" entries in one journal. When the potato line came up, someone responded "Hey that's my line".

I have to say, though, if people are going to be stupid attention whores, I would rather they be potatos than some of the really harsh, wicked things I've seen in some of these journals.
