WHY IS THIS CONFUSING BECAUSE PERHAPS YOU HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH SEMAGIC!
I HAVE A PROBLEM AND ITS NO CONFUSING WHEN I WRITE THIS.

ok so i'm having some trouble with semagic. for some reason when i want to write in one of the communities i have joined, on the bottom part where you would normally click the commmunity you want to post there it juts shows my username. that's all. is there something i'm doing wrong?

Normally, when you join a community, it doesn't show up on your post list if you have Semagic running. You have to log out of Semagic completely, then log back in for your new communities to show up on your posting list. Personally, my communities ALWAYS show up in Semagic after restarting.

As for the "brains" remark... you would be surprised at the simple stuff that people overlook when troubleshooting their problems. I think you might considering cutting quirrc a little slack.

One way to access a list of tags is at http://www.livejournal.com/users/username/tag/

Scrolling through abig list of user names in Semagic is very slow and laborious. Quicker scrolling would rock.

p.s. Semagic is the best editor I have used recently. I wish Logjam didn't suck so much in comparison. I hate to reboot to Windows just to edit my journal!

ah my bad, I'm overtired. I meant to say, scrolling through a big list of tags in the taglist is very cumbersome. I have lots of tags and you have to click to scroll. It goes very slow.

Question. I just did the whole tags thing as per directions given. However, what if I want to get rid of some tags? I tried just deleting them once they're in the tag thing, but nothing doing. Am I forgetting something?

I think this is rather unlikely...there was no note when i joined that it was a moderated community. No, it said all members were free to post. Yet, i still cannot post there. Could it be a problem in my computer (the client doesn't work well here?)?
