Wow, they both look great! I can see why this is a tough choice!! I think you could pick either one and take people's breath away. Trying not to sound too pragmatic, but commute time for NYC dwellers would probably be a factor to consider too.
they're actually both fairly close to NYC. Within two hours driving! :) But hopefully, we can make it a weekend affair so no one has to rush in and out and EVERYONE can drinkkkkk and then roll back to the hotel on the shuttle bus. :P
I agree with you in general. I insisted on having a beach wedding at first. But then realized too much can go wrong with that. :) where did you have yours?
Wow. It's a hard choice. As far as ease, anyone not coming from the city will probably have an easier time getting to the catskills and a hard time getting to Long Island. I do know Nick loves the beach though. What time of year/when is this happening?
The outdoor areas in the Catskills look like a great place for people to gather and chat. But then you should plan for earlier rather than later -- it gets cold earlier out there in the hills.
