5K Run
I did my first 5K run this morning at the ungodly weekend hour of 8AM. It was a mistake to have Plucker's the night before because I experienced heartburn and a bit of nausea during the run, but everything stayed down. I was quite proud of myself!
My time was 20:57. I was 17th overall and 6th in my age group of 14-24 males :) -
