I saw what appeared to be a man walking down the street on my way to the gym. I told myself I should stop, turn around and help him on to his destination. I never realized how much progress I had made in school. I spoke with a counselor at my college and we realized that I am 5 classes away from receiving not just one but three associates degrees pending my math placement retake. Privacy is my downfall here
It's hard to keep friends on here if all of my posts are private. I've been trying to work through things on my own without a therapist using this thing but I'm not sure if this is a healthy habit. Maybe I need the advice of strangers.. Maybe I don't. I'm coming to the conclusion that not many people care about the lives of others; of strangers. ( Read more... ) -
Another setback..
The court case that was suppose to occur on June 2nd was postponed to August 9th. I'm starting to grow impatient. It's hard to show any sort of feeling besides frustration when telling the events of what happened to anyone now. I'm just done with this case being open. I called my prosecuting attorney, Dara, in hopes we can reschedule the felony case against Jake. With a sick son and my friend losing her grandpa I know I wouldn't be able to go. I know those sound like piss poor excuses; it's sad I have no other support than her. No daycare will take a fevering child. I could ask Jake's side to help ( Read more... ) -
Archery
I missed the first day of class last week so I went on the normal Friday time and made up that class last night. I like shooting this thing. I'm having difficulty normalizing my stance to be consistent. The wicked bruise on my forearm is my indicator of this. I think I might need to buy my own armguard instead of borrowing it ( Read more... ) -
Sick
For the last couple of days I've been sick. First started to feel as though a truck was parked on my face; cleared that up within a day and now I'm constantly blowing my nose and pulling flem from my throat in hopes to clear up the rest. Sounds gross but I'd rather not be sick ( Read more... )
