I'm extremely surprised at myself on how strong-willed I'm being with food. Normally I can't say no to a swiss cake roll or a cupcake. I'm 28 years old and I hear from people at my job every day that it's hard to lose weight after that age. If I'm gonna get back to my normal weight I need to do it now.
