Snow
So I slept in till 8:30 today and it was snowing to beat the band - again. I have to say it is coming down light fluffy stuff but piling up quite a bit. So every year - just after Christmas all the women in my husband's family go out to lunch. Last Saturday should have been the day but since it was somebody's wedding today was the day. Happy Birthday, USA - Can't believe it is already the fourth. We went last night to see the fireworks at Seneca Niagara. What a FANTASTIC display. It was better than the ones I saw at Disneyland in Anaheim. I was very impressed. But while we were watching these people next to us kept saying "I paid for that one!" Amusing ( Read more... ) -
What the winds blows
Finally, the wind blew away my depression. Yesterday Pat dropped me off at the mega plaza on Niagara Falls Blvd. I spent three and a half hours scooting on my scooter. Am I Ever Getting Old?!
So, at my nephew's graduation party the other day my sister-in-law Deborah mentioned it was her 40th high school reunion this summer. That means it is my 38th. I have been out of high school for 38 years. How did that happen? When did that happen? So - today started off with me going in as acting asst principal with two lunch duties and a totally messed up schedule to fix.
