Man. You think after the $12,400 I put as a down payment on my house and the $2000 closing costs I'd be done with spending money on the house (except the obvious stuff like mortgage payments), but NOOOOO. I just spent about $2200 on appliances (fridge, range, washer & dryer) and although that's a pretty good deal considering how nice my appliances

:) my mommy is coming down to help us paint in about a week and a half, once we're more settled in I'll post pictures. We're hoping to have a house warming party mid-late july. Hopefully you and Camillo can come!
