Jaja, temperature is at 4°C in Löffingen right now and Feldberg (20 km's from here) got 10 cm's of fresh snow. And no, you won't hear me complaining about it, maybe I'm going to take a bus ride there tomorrow. Snow is perfect for hayfever victims ( Read more... )

Sorry my Blackpool admiring friend but I dont get you.

Monkey Mountain? I know of a monkey park near lack of Constance in Salem (Affenberg). Feldberg is simply the highest mountain of Baden and Black Forest with 1.493 m :)

Then Affenberg is where I went on the same day I visited Freiburg. I fondly recall one of the monkeys running up the leg of my friend, stealing his glasses, and running up a tree with them. :-)
The famous "Monkey Mountain" (Affenberg) of Salem is Germany's largest park for monkeys and is a large tourist attraction. More than 200 berber monkeys are free to roam in this 20 acre forest area. Along with that, there is a wide array of sporting activities for everyone. Through the proximity to Lake Constance and the Alpine region there are unlimited possibilites to spend your vacation and free time.

Hehe, no doubt it was Affenberg then. Those stories are widely known here in the South ... ;) Sounds like you had a full programme then, Freiburg and Affenberg in one day - that's almost Japanese/American tourist like ;)

I am an American tourist who takes lots of time to see things. I plan to spend a whole year in Berlin, so I think that is plenty of time :). Just representing my people. But I apologize about the Kyoto Protocol.

Hei Lady!

Sorry, that was some kind of misunderstanding.

My posting was not against American or Japanese tourists in general. I just commented on my friends trip, and said that it was quite "a journey" for only one day. And that remembered me of many American and Japanese (bus) tourists who visited all of Southern Germany in only one day.

Kyoto is not only about the US, also other countries didn't sign. And it's primarily against the government, but you know the story. US citizens are not really to blame because they all they hear from their government is lies in all aspects (until someone finds out the truth).
