Though, if there was a dog in there, it will have to be throughly aired out before I can attempt to breathe inside. It is supposed to get warmer this week, accordering to the Weather Channel.

Yah, I may do that, and I may pull the carpets before painting. But I haven't had trouble there myself, and I'm allergic. So far the scent has just been irritating.

Irritating for you is probably sucking on an inhaler for me. I'm not wanting to be picky or nothin, I'm just more allergic to dogs than to cats. I'm a freak of nature or something.
