Not to diss on geek night, but some friends from work started this plan. Friday night, 7ish, head out to dinner at Red Robin (possibly buying tickets ahead of this since it's likely to be crowded), then catch 9ish showing of XMen III at Showcase. Anyone else interested? Give a holler and I'll keep you posted if plans solidify beyond this.

Thanks again to everyone who helped move, paint, and all the other support along the way. I spent the night in my new home for the first time last night. Woot! Didn't sleep too well, actually, as I'm still getting used to all the creaks and groans of the heating system, but I'm sure that will pass. Tonight I saw: "The Naked Truth: Advertising's Image of Women", a talk by Jean Kilbourne, sponsored by SAPAC and half a dozen other UofM groups focusing on women's issues, and it led to some questions.
