I felt this needed to be posted. Make it yourself and you're buying less random shit at the store. This uses common ingredients, and all you really need is a fork to combine them

gluten and carb free? totally, I'm on it. A quick tip, though, is see if you can get to either the co-op or whole foods and pick up some rice flour. it's gluten free and VERY low carb, and works with most recipes that call for flour.
