Dear hotel guest who just felt the need to scream at me:

Why me?  D'you think that I personally arranged for the trains that run by the hotel to run?  I didn't, trust me.  They predate the hotel's existence - and, in the process, predate my own - and Amtrak curiously didn't send out a representative to inquire about my opinions about their freight ( Read more... )

Had a much better day on the day following Chilly Hilly than I did on the day of the ride.
