So my Brazilian Jiu Jitsu class has been going fantastic. I've been going 3-4 times a week and I can already feel a noticeable difference in my strength and conditioning. After the first couple of classes I was almost unable to walk the next morning. Now maybe I'll just feel a little pain in my spine, but thats just from getting slammed on it ( Read more... )
