It has been a good couple of days.  Last night I went running for the first time in awhile.  I was proud of myself.  I ran two miles and then did a ton of ab work.  My abs used to be my bread and butter....but now not as much.  I want to get back into shape.  By the time Bele Chere rolls around I want to at least be 5-10 pounds lighter and toned.  ( Read more... )

I just got a new book.  The Nice Girl Syndrome by Beverly Engel.  Maybe it will help me get my life together.  I don't want to be a pushover anymore.  Or worry about what other people think.

I just got done reading The Gilded Chamber by Rebecca Kohn.  I really enjoyed it.  I love reading.  I always have.  I used to never go without a book, whether it was standing in line at Disneyworld or in the car everywhere I went (and you wonder why I have no sense of direction) I was always reading.  I think I was happier then.  I devoured this ( Read more... )

I have officially completed one week of my internship.  It has been completely awesome so far.  One of my ideas was actually chosen by the creative director to be presented to a client next week.  If it gets chosen it will circulate over 20,000 school in the US.  Hot damn.  I am so floored about this internship.  Everyday was awesome.  Unlike my ( Read more... )
