Last night was interesting.

One of my and my romantic associate's ex-friends (let's call him K) started giving my bf shit about how my bf's whipped and I'm this big horrible person and I've ruined their friendship and all that.  When I went on to ask if he'd speak directly to me if he feels so strongly against me, I discovered he'd done the brave ( Read more... )

Wow, this is a big cange. I hope you find someone who is wat you want and need and can keep up with you an all that. It never is easy saying goobye or walking away without looking back, so Icomend you for that.

To clarify: the boyfriend is fine, it's the ex-friend who's a twat :P
But yeah...it isn't easy when the past keeps finding ways (to get to your hearrrt...it reaches way down deep and---ill stop now) to creep into the present.

Sorry, I read that wrong. Seems to be happening alot. Maybe I need to learn to read, lol. So I am glad the romantic associate (I have never heard anyone use that term before) is alright. The friends, ugh. I have a friend who is sort of cmoing back into my life, someone who I lost touch with and I am afraid that we will just end up losing touch again. I don'twant to be a yoyo friend, someone who is alwaysthere when they go off and do their life and then when things are boring or gone, come back to me, because that just pisses me off.

YES. That is what this friend was! He's going nowhere, his life is awful--yet he feels he can just dump me for this girl who hates me and expect me to not feel used? He can just come back and vent? DONT THINK SO. Not after two years. I'm better than that. He can fuck up his life by HIMSELF thanks.

Even though it sounds really, really tough, I am glad that you can breathe again :)

Thanks :)
Yeah it's tough because I don't feel immediately better but I really trust it was the right move.

I always feel that it's like surgery. It hurts a little afterwards but it was the right move because the dull feeling of uneasiness/pain from before will be gone.

As you know, I wholeheartedly approve. :D It's a nice feeling, isn't it? At least as nice as it can be given the circumstances.
