only at the Coast Guard Academy can a female freshman get in trouble for watching porn on her computer, admit to it, and then have the charge dismissed.
i am not sure what just happened over the last 1.5 hours of my life but it was the strangest mast I've ever seen and involved calling a witness on the phone to get her statement.

your incompetence and lack of knowledge on your presentation is painfully obvious when you say england's intelligence agency is "M sixteen". Watching a single James bond movie would have saved you from looking incredibly ditzy and losing a lot of credibility.
