Just how did Sam not die at Cold Oak? However, without Dean I don't know if Sam would not have just flat out killed Jake.

Also, who was the righteous man to open the first seal? sorry just curious.

You're exactly right, I did assume this Sam would just flat out kill Jake, but on second thought it couldn't hurt to throw in a line to make that clear. Because that was such a huge event.

The seal thing, I'm thinking John and now you can hear my rant on On the Head of a Pin. I get so upset for Dean every time I watch that ep. I will NEVER believe that Alistair tried to break John first and couldn't. He was just messing with Dean's head and it worked. Poor Dean! :(
