So... Mexican dinner was fabulous. There was soooo much food! Beef tacos, chicken tacos, refried beans, 5-layer dip, homemade salsa, homemade guacamole, regular salsa, banana and chocolate burritos for dessert, and Mexican rice (last two compliments of Ms. Nicole). The football last night was pretty exciting. Green Park Rangers (Green Bay Packers to drunk Nicole and I) versus Burnley. Burnley won, sadly, but it was still a really good time. We got a bit lost coming home, but when we all finally made it, we wound up back at the swan just like usual.
