Perona will be carrying a stuffed
zombie bear. It will have voice, video, and texting features. The eyes projects a hologram for the video feature, and it's mouth moves when there is voice alone. A keypad for texting is in the back, of the bear and can be accessed by lifting the fur up. Don't worry, it can be placed back inside with velcro. It can voice record anything it hears and plays it back.
Abilities
Character's Canon Abilities:
Perona posses the devil fruit Horo Horo no Mi, which means "ghost fruit". With this ability, she is able to make endless clones of ghosts. These ghosts are conjured from herself, and can be split multiple times. Once the ghosts are formed, they are free to fly anywhere. There are two things these ghosts can do when formed. First one is that they can act like her own personal Ghost Network. Since these ghosts are connected to Perona, Perona can see, speak, and hear through them. This makes tracking and searching for people and things a lot easier, the perfect way to gather information from a by passing ghost. The second thing they can do is break your spirit. When one of these ghosts passes through a person, the person becomes drained and depressed, to the point that they usually fall to the ground on their knees and behave in a hopeless manner. This makes it easier for her to take her opponents down. The attack is 99% without fail (Usopp is the 1% who is resistant). Thanks to the effect of her negative hollows, Perona is capable of sending people who far surpass her in strength to the ground as sad and pathetic beings. When the person is down and crying, it's the perfect time for her to ambush them. She is said to be feared for exploiting this power. Although rarely, this method can backfire. If someone already is suffering from depression or despair while the ghost passes through them, Perona will be hit by the ghost's depressing effect instead. This happens because of the ghosts' connection to Perona; she feels the side effect if the other person's level of negativity over powers that of her ghost's. Negative and negative together repels for example.
Another thing she can do is conjure her ghosts to explode with enough force to bring down a wall. They act like dangerous hovering bombs able to touch and cling to the person of Perona's choice. The explosive ghosts are usually small but she can also create a large one that can deliver more damage than the mini ones. With the snap of her fingers, they explode with rough air like a sonic boom. She can conjure as many as she wishes.
Finally she can create an astral projection of herself. Leaving her body she is free to pass through solid objects and change her size. The only catch is that she can't physically do damage like punching (which makes this is the perfect time to use mini explosive ghosts) because she is intangible herself. Although her real body is unconscious for this, she has to hide it before she takes astral form to keep it safe. Perona likes to use this tactic because in astral form, she can't take any damages. There isn't much better than appearing out of the blue, floating around and taunting, and tossing ghosts at people. She may not have the strongest power from her world, but she can usually weaken those stronger than her. Thanks to her ghost ability, the opportunities to troll are nearly endless, and she does it quite often. Say hello to the Ghost Princess.
All her attack names are listed

Conditional: If your character has no superhuman canon abilities, what dormant ability will you give them? N/A
Weapons: Perona only uses her ghost powers to attack.

Character History:

Wiki here.
Simple and brief, Perona was raised in a giant
horror-themed pirate ship called Thriller Bark for ten years serving under Gekko Moriah. Gekko Moriah promised Perona her own minions, and so the girl joined the fear team. During those years, she was part of the Mysterious Four. Taking up the name "the Ghost Princess", Perona was spoiled and treated like one. Her room was filled with whatever she desired: a large bed, large stuffed animals. She had her own cute zombie animals minions in her garden. This girl even had a giant zombie bear that followed her around. Her job was to watch the treasure and gather information on any ships that headed towards Thriller Bark. She would find out who the people were, how much the bounties on their heads were worth, and report back to Gekko Moriah. Anyone strong out of the approaching groups they would take for their own purposes.
When the Straw Hats pirates came to Thriller Bark, Perona thought it would be any easy operation and it was for the first half. Perona was introduced in the second half as the next mini-boss of the arc. Her opponent was Usopp, the Hopeless Sniper. Perona had never met anyone with so much negative attitude before which put her at the disadvantage. Some time after her battle with Usopp (she had passed out when she lost their fight), Perona woke up and noticed Thriller Bark was out of hand. It was time for her to think of a plan to deal with what had happened and she decided to abandon the ship. As much as she wanted to stay and watch disaster as it occurred, Perona preferred to protect her own life. She even planned to steal the Straw Hat's ship, any food left in Thriller Bark, and the treasure. Her plans changed however, when Bartholomew Kuma came to the dock.
Kuma ended up sending her on an extended vacation what she supposedly desired to go with his devil fruit power, to Kuraigana Island. Even though it wasn't part of her plan, she at least got out of the ship. Later on in the series, it was revealed that Perona had landed on Kuraigana Island. There was a gloomy castle there, covered in malice, her perfect dream getaway vacation. She stayed by herself for a couple days until someone unexpected showed up, Roronoa Zoro. Zoro was sent there by Kuma the same way she had been, except he was severely injured from fighting. Being lonely and with nothing better to do, Perona tended to his wounds back at the castle until he regained consciousness. Once Zoro was awake, the shenanigans began.
Point in Canon: She was taken from the anime version, sometime in episode
456 before getting dumped into
discedo. She was with Zoro at the time on Kuraigana Island. She trolled and helped him because he was a skilled swordsman idiot who got lost frequently.
When she enters Sirens Pull, Perona will be worn out with tattered clothes and her parasol. She'll be thrilled to get new pairs of clothes and a decent meal after everything she went through in
discedo.
Conditional: Brief summary of previous RP history:
Perona will be taken from her previous game,
discedo.
Discedo was on a different planet, where survival was the key. The place was poor, a deserted city with some buildings left standing. There wasn't much in the way of furniture, food, or clothing supplies, and taking a walk wasn't a breeze. Monsters lurked from the streets to the forest. She even had a chip implanted in her to suppress her ability upon arrival. To top it all off, scientists ran the show. They could restock any supplies the people needed but only when they felt like it. Death wasn't permanent in Discedo. It was a hellish hole to no end.
During her time there, Perona met all sorts of people, canon folks from her world and other worlds. Some were nicer than she could believe while others were just jerks for her to troll. Perona met another ghost different from her which was awesome at the time. Sure it was a hellish place to be, but it wasn't too bad for Perona. As long as she wasn't alone, she didn't care where she was. That opinion changed at times when her life depended on it.
With no powers and no pets, Perona wasn't sure what to do. She met Minagawa Hifumi, someone creepier than her, and decided to move in with him whether it was his choice or not. Minagawa was strange and he made good deserts. During her stay with him, Perona had to suffer through some events in Discedo: Hollislanders Soldiers marching in, Chimera gone wild. She died once during the Hollislander event which got her to focus her priority on getting her chip out. Later it was removed from Little Washu.
During her stay, she learned there were people with different abilities and others who were not human at all. One of the people she had first met was the half ghost boy, Danny Phantom. She was excited to learn there was another ghost, and took him as a rival. Ghost beams really?! She also met a shiki (vampire), Megumi. To Perona, Megumi was like a zombie with no bandages. The girls became best friends.
After Minagawa left, Megumi moved in with Perona and her Prinny. Later, Perona was then pulled back to her world and returned to Discedo again a month later. She moved back in with Megumi. Sometime later Perona met up with Marco and received the
full story on what happened during the war against the navy in their world.
Later another event happened in Discedo where most of the people in the city were unconscious for nearly a week. No one was able to watch the hospital, so Perona and Megumi took the advantage and did so. While Perona
helped in her own way, Megumi ceased the blood supplies.
Character Personality:
Perona is your very average spoiled princess. She doesn't like being told what to do, and she hates it when people don't listen to her. She's not afraid to speak her mind. With this attitude, Perona can be very childish in making sure things go her way. She can even be clingy at times when she tries to find someone who will either protect her or cure her boredom. Her dream is to have cute animals attending to her needs; zombie animals, goth style, anything with stitches and patches. If it's cute with a deep voice, she would tell them to shut up. Long as it's cute, it doesn't have to talk. She had a tendency of telling her zombie bear, Kumashi, to shut up. She loves gloomy and scary places. She has a tendency to troll people during the Thriller Bark Arc enough to scare Usopp to death. She enjoys teasing people and likes to send people into despair. It's mostly just to see reactions and the scares on the people. If anything, its all done to amuse her. There are times Perona can be gullible and naive enough to believe a very good liar. Perona prefers to have "cute" subordinates following her orders. She can be picky sometimes depending on circumstances like when she was alone on an island with Roronoa Zoro. She chose to follow him as a means of relieving her own boredom and for the protection being near him offered. One thing she hates very much is to lose. Losing, to Perona is like taking candy away from a kid. She will hold a grudge for it.
Despite her childish behavior, Perona is confident and firm with her devil fruit power. She will tell the person their place, as she has done with Absalom. This happened when Absalom brought up how to treat her subordinate, the zombie bear. It wasn't his business to tell her how to treat the bear. She would tell him, it's her subordinate not his. This teen isn't afraid to speak her mind even if its in a self-centered manner. Despite her selfishness, Perona will help others if its for a good reason. There have been cases where Perona will compliment the enemy or anyone in a good way. One example is when she cheered on for Usopp when her Negative Ghosts didn't affect him. After a quick compliment then its back to business. She has no hate against the Straw Hats crew, only Usopp since he was the one who defeated her.
Conditional: Personality development in previous game:
When Perona entered Discedo powerless, this was the first time she felt hopeless. No powers, how would she survive? Perona had to depend on others for her safety because of this.
Thanks to her arrival conditions, Perona started out as a little more mature brat. During her stay with Minagawa, Perona had to learn manners. This guy was no push over. She had to work one time for him he was ill,
unwillingly at first. Even though Perona hated that, she still obeyed Minagawa nothing less. After Perona recovered her powers, she returned the favor to him and protected him. During their time together, Perona had taken responsibility for him, helped him with his café and acted as a loli-bodyguard.
After Minagawa left, that manner began to fade. Her childish princess persona began to slowly return. Megumi moved in with her later and boy, she was a bad influence. Two giggly pink pig-tailed girls under the same roof, spelled absolute mischief. As long as there was something fun, Perona had no problem with Megumi.
Even though Perona was a mischief, she had helped in her way. She helped out a
ghost kid during one monster incident. When it comes to saving her own skin, Perona will lend a ghost. She stuck out for her friends, even for Megumi. When Megumi went missing, Perona posted
this herself to find her. She did the same when Minagawa left when she searched for him.
After her talk with Marco about canon New Era, it gave Perona an open mind. She is allied more towards the pirates mostly because no navy has existed in Discedo, and there were strong pirates. She preferred to hang out with them for her safety.
Character Plans:
Her plans will be to get a job and, of course, to troll people. Perona's first priority will be getting a good bath and trying to get the shine back in her pink hair. She'll then go and find Zoro, someone she knows, mostly for questioning and trolling purpose. She may join with SERO just to stay safe. Human experiments are similar to her previous job in Thriller Bark and therefore familiar to her. They could use her Ghost Network to get more information as Gekko Moriah had. When she's not working, she will most likely bug people some more or go shopping. She wouldn't care about the darkness creatures that much long as they stay away from her residence.
