In an interview with the Torygraph, DCam revealed he's technologically inept talked about his recent music choices.

He seems to think Emiliana Torrini's 'Sunny Road' is quite optimistic, but I find it quite sad (but maybe other anons don't imagine she never gets a reply!)

So, I was thinking ... post-election 2015 Clameron AU?

I should maybe declare an interest as I'm the OP, but...

Please don't take anything personally! It is a truth universally acknowledged that with fandom creation comes fandom wank. People were worried, some got reactionary - it's almost fandom law!

It'll settle and things will be better for it; trust me, I'm an old hand at this fandom business! (:

But if you want to step away for a day or so? That's cool - it doesn't harm to take a step back sometimes and just relax.

Authoranon is aware of wank duty cycles, being (alas) one of the older members of this particular fandom, and is not (to her knowledge) implicated in the current hoohah so has nothing to take personally :-) She merely finds that bickering, aggression and hysteria are not conducive to the production of porn (which is, let's be frank, the only reason she's here).

However, authoranon does find it oddly cheering to speak of herself in third person, and may adopt this as a regular practice.

Maybe, if us old-timers ignore it all and carry on as normal, others will follow?

I am fond of ignoring things that could potentially disrupt the enjoyment of porn.

Besides, we'd be setting a good example - although my original thought of a "Less wank, more porn!" campaign has an air of the absurd to it.

I do see why it would get tiring, though. This fandom seems to be scarily young, for the most (or only loudest?) part, so the drama does tend to be rather...dramatic :-/

But there is no problem that cannot be solved by more porn.
