Blue Screen OF DEATH!

It's official:

My computer in its last throes of life threw up at me the Blue Screen of Death. I shed a tear and then shut her down.... I sat and thought about all the lovely times we spent together and all the wonderful photos, movies & music i have stored that i may never get back. I have to re-format, re-install windows and if i'm very very lucky

Good luck! I can't imagine losing everything on my hard drive. o_O I would be in so much trouble... I really should back things up more often. :/

yeah i know! i always say to myself when this kind of thing happens 'i should back-up more often' but for some reason i never do! silly human nature!

well i am busy tonight sorry! - thanks for the offer though - will let you know if i need it - My step dad built it for me so i am going to get him to look at it first if possible since he knows what he put and where. - i literally had just turned it on - i have been having so many problems with it lately, it lags from time to time and has crached a few times and even two or three times when i booted up there was nothing there, no documents, no programs etc. it is just thoroughly screwed. *sigh* i hope i can save at least some of the stuff i have on there!
