Today is the day i stop making excuses and start making some real changes to my lifestyle to get me fit and at a more manageable and healthy weight. Ahhhh... *happy sigh* so things are looking up again. i see a bright future ahead!

for those of you who think it's easy, i challenge you to try it! (i mean in arcade mode of course where it gets faster for each 10 lines you clear)
