Weight Loss Saga: Day 1 (Detox)

Day 1:

Today is the day i stop making excuses and start making some real changes to my lifestyle to get me fit and at a more manageable and healthy weight. I'm starting with a 10-day detox (using the Blackmore's one) as i figure if i want to start to get real weight loss results i really need my body ready for it first!.

You can do this!

Tips for this stage....

-carry sugar free gum and a bottle of water with you
-cut up carrot and celery sticks PUT THEM AT THE FRONT OF THE FRIDGE (so that they are the first thing you see when you open the door)
-shop when you are not hungry, make a list and stick to it (it's easier to be strong in the shop, then at 10pm when the biscuits are calling to you from the cupboard)
-ALDI has diet shake drinks that make a great, cheap, quick breakfast and fill you up until around 2pm. (I like the coffee flavour best)

my tip is - don't punish yourself. it's ok if you have some food of vice occasionally...
