hey chick. sorry to hear your having a rough time of it. i also am a little higher than i want to be? maybe we could both try and lose a bit in a healthy way? i b/p lat night and had lax.. i felt quite bad, but relieved after , although i know it was a bad move.
As for the song, i was feeling pretty down when i started to write it, not quite sure where to go with it and what to add next, so any ideas welcome xxx

hey :) how are you doing? Yeah we could do that, it’ll feel good to have something manageable to control in my life at the moment. I’ve started keeping track of everything I eat again - not calculating calories or anything just a list of everything I eat and drink (not including water or unsweetened tea) and then also how I feel about eating it - so some days I’ll have a big meal planned because I’m meeting up with friends so those days I’m totally happy eating more than usual and other days I’ll binge and maybe that’ll actually equate to less food but I’ll still be miserable because it was unplanned. So yeah I write that type of thing down and then I can look over it later and see how I’ve been doing :) might post it online… to my journal? Or somewhere… not sure yet.

I’m not much of a writer so probably won’t be much help with the song but if you do end up adding more to it I’ll be really happy to read it (will let you know if I think of anything tho), it’s beautiful so far xx
