Hi!

It's been busy since my co-worker our "Production Manager" left for another job :( Anyway...Things have been wild so I haven't had a chance to blog. But here I am ---so now prepare yourself to be blabbed at.

First off:St. Patrick's Day was celebrated at our friends house Rick, Valerie and Miss Molly. Val made a terrific ( Read more... )

Those are pretty dramatic weather photos, Lo. I haven't seen a rainbow in person for so long, unfortunately.

Love the giraffe! Molly's a good artist.

My Mom has some circular needles too, but I don't think they're that large.

Your hair's looking great!

Hi Valerie J,
I LOVE the Sacramento SkyCam pictures too. I have looked a a lot of other places (cities etc.) and I think ours is the best! because the picture is so much larger. Also, I think someone kinda monitors it during the day, because the views change a lot--which is nice. I was hoping I'd see the rainbow last night on it and presto- It was there!

TY for the comment on my hair :)

Whoa, those Turbo needles look the business, allright ! Gave me an idea to make my own, as we don;t get such fancy stuff down here in deepest darkest Africa....I'll take a fat pair of needles, cut off the back ends, and then stick 'em into a piece of acrylic tubing like you use for fish tanks...:)

Your hair looks fabulous ! It actually looks thicker than before the C-treatment...is it ?

I'm so mad at myself....managed to misplace a pack of the most gorgeous wool I'd bought at a hobby expo, hunting high and lo....:(

Fiona (and Buttons, a baby African Grey I'm raising right now)

Hi Fiona!
Well, if you decide to make your own...the most important thing is the joint between the tubing and the needle. If it isn't super smooth it'll drive you nutsoid because the yarn will catch. I can send you a pair if you want? Just send $2,000.00 and I will buy you some :)

You managed to misplace a pack of the most gorgeous wool? Wool what? Fabric or yarn?

Aww... I wish I could see Baby Buttons your African Grey Parrot!

Hi Lo,
Sure the $2000 is on it's way....it's in
Zimbabwean $...you go figure it out ;). The join's no trouble, I found these cool plastic granules the other day that you put in hot water to make 'em go squishy, then you kinda shape them round whatever, and they go solid again when cooled down..you can sand it smooth afterwards, so that'd be fine.
I keep forgetting that you guys have different names for stuff than we do...down here wool almost always refers to yarn, unless you specify "a woollen skirt" or "I feel woolly-brained :)"
I wanted to knit a throw with the stuff...sigh..

Hi Joe!
I saw that WebCam Link you posted when I was searching the internet...that one is VERY wicked...I love how you can move the little slider dealie back and forth to see the different areas of Seattle :)

Not sure about my hair being thicker? It's always been thick...but I CAN see my scalp still---so I guess it's not THAT thick? lol!

Glad I made a scarf that was relaxing and groovy to you (I can make you one!!))
Ok, don't get nervous, I was just kidding.

That plate is causing me major drooling here! Lo have you ever considered going into culinary arts? Maybe open a small eatery or something :)

Ok and have you considered opening a boutique for your knitting? You are just perfect at everything you do you ought to be another Martha Stewart by now!!! I do look forward to your new knitting creations!

I love your hair, it looks naturally highlighted - is it softer than before or coarser?

And I was so HAPPILY surprised by your sweet card! I collect everything you send - I never knew TJ sold greeting cards or maybe I'm not aware because I'm usually busy looking at what to eat lol xox

Sorry I ajm late in responding to you. TY for your drool... lol

Me? Go into Culinary Arts? Well, my Mom and I thought it would be fun to open a small coffeeshop once...(you know serving light lunchie-munchies.

My hair looks lighter in color in that picture because of the camera flash. Actually it's still pretty dark. It's thick and soft....but right now from the front I look ((fuzzy-ish)) I need to go to my hair stylist to get a trim but...I want it to grow!!! ---so I am hestitating a bit. :(

Glad you like the card I sent---It was perfect for you.
