Just dating back about... 16 centuries?
It occurred to me last night that, if the legends are correct, I can determine the exact year that Patrick started the conversion of Ireland.
See, the story goes that when Patrick lit the paschal fire on holy Saturday, it created quite an uproar because he lit it before the king lit his bealtaine fire.

After doing some rough math, going over a few years, April 445 (first sat of April is full moon) looks to be the most promising. Either way a very interesting puzzle to think on. Thank you!
