Hiatus

Hello everyone,

I'm going on hiatus for a while due to personal reasons. My grams had been battling pneumonia, amongst other complications, for the past two months, until she passed away last Tuesday. I don't know when I will back on here, but I will be. I hope all of you are doing well, and I'll see y'all when I get back.

I edited my post a little after you commented, so sorry about that, Lexie. My grams passed away last Tuesday after being ill with pneumonia for two months. It's been so very hard on us, and I haven't had the desire to create a thing since she had been ill, but moreso right now. I hope you are doing well and will see you again soon. I am sorry to hear about your grandmother. {hugs} to you. I know that must be quite difficult for you, especially since you were close. I will keep you in my thoughts, and I hope that you are able to find peace.

I have to head out of state for the next almost 3 weeks because of my grandfather's illness and being in the hospital. Each day brings him close to that point, and I know I am not looking forward to having to go through what you are at the moment. I will cherish all the memories I have, but nothing can ever replace the loss of the one you love. Though I know it does get easier, as past losses have shown me.

Unfortunately my grandfather passed away on Sept. 5th. I just got back from the funeral about 4+ hours ago since it was out of town. I will be heading down to Florida with my grandmother in Oct, to drive her back and help her get things situated there.
