One year anniversary

I'm turning myself to a demon
Yesterday I worked in Sydney! It was the induction day for the new graduates at Wolfram & Hart, and we got to go meet them and catch up with each other as well since most of the 2010 grads were starting our new rotations too.

Lie-berry!
I joined the library today! I'd waited to do this since I was hanging out for some proof of address to turn up as I didn't particularly want to use my rental agreement. (My first letter from my electricity provider turns out to be a notification that electricity costs are going to go up. Hooray!) Turns out I probably could have joined without it, ( Read more... ) -
Supplies
This weekend it's going to be 39C on Saturday, and 40C on Sunday. I went out at 8am today for supplies and returned by 9.30, and have decided to not move for the rest of the weekend.
Some of my supplies included vanilla beans and vodka!

Adelaide
It feels like this place is beginning to feel like my home. It took a fair bit of time to buy all the things I needed, especially since it's kind of difficult to do a lot of grocery shopping.

A tiny hole in a cloud
Today I went with my mother to buy some things for the new work year. Specifically, I went for shoes (one pair flat black work-appropriate shoes, and one pair of sandals that could be worn to work if needed) and bras.
And I returned with shoes and bras! Shopping success! I also caved and tried on some childrens shoes. Apparently I'm a size 2-3 in ( Read more... )
