2099 is not a leap year

3 years ago, at work, I apparently wrote a bug that would only occur every 4 years, on a leap day. Guess what yesterday was.

Don't feel too bad. Microsoft included a more severe version in their preview edition of SQL 2008. It would not install or start on February 29th.
