Couple of questions before I say yes or no.

Now that you are a former si-er what do you do for a living and does your past effect what you do now, also how do you medications now effect how you are today, and did the other meds help at all?

I work as a file clerk so I don't have much contact with people except for my coworkers. Of course my past effects what I do now. I think I make wiser decisions now because of the mistakes I made in the past. But I still try to hide my scars from my coworkers and relatives which can be tremendously tiresome. Is that what you were asking?
The medications help keep me stable. I don't have such intense emotions anymore and I am able to remain clear-headed through anything that happens. Plus, the Lexapro has helped ALOT with my social anxiety. It hardly exists anymore. But, I think the combo of therapy plus meds is what really helped.
The other meds did help...but I gained a lot of weight while on Paxil so I switched. And I no longer need the Neurontin, but it did help when I was feeling my worst.
Hope I answered all your questions.

Now that you have stopped, how do you feel towards those who self-harm currently?

That is a great question.
I think people that still self-harm need help finding other, nondestructive coping methods.
Those that still self-harm make me sad, actually..because I know what they're going through..
I just don't like it when people cut for attention in high school and whatnot...to be "edgy" or "goth"
