Yesterday, as planned, my mom and I went to Rhode Island to visit Vow. She slept most of the time we were there, and when she did wake up and saw us, she had no idea who we were. my grandma was 100% portuguese and she had alzheimers, she couldnt remember anything or anyone but if there was someone around who spoke portuguese she could talk to them like nothing was wrong at all...its so weird what happens with shit like that...hope you feel better soon
