(hardest thing ive ever had to do at 9am, so i just used the first six favorites on my most recently played play list on my ipod)
I'm not going to repost this meme, so I'll just respond to your post (these are in no particular order):
1) "Les Os" - The Unicorns 2) "Under The Hedge" - Ted Leo And The Pharmacists 3) "When I Laugh" - The Glands 4) "Neighborhood #2 (Laika)" - The Arcade Fire 5) "Neighborhood #1 (Tunnels)" - The Arcade Fire 6) "ctwyl" - Pitty Sing
Also, I was just thinking that an interesting meme would be one like this, but if someone could point out a verse or particular part in the song that they really liked, that meant something to them, or made that song their favorite.
My ex-girlfriend and I recently discussed "Crown Of Love" and she referred to it as "a bit over the top." I can see where she's coming from with that, because although it is a great song it is a little excessive in it's emotion.
The Arcade Fire (at least with their album "Funeral") is a little more emotionally powerful and heart-felt than a lot of other bands in their stratum. I guess it's sort of an acquired taste for some people.
