So another story out of Orlando is that a little boy (2yrs old) got taken by an alligator in a lagoon at a Disney resort. There were signs saying no swimming, this took place around 9PM.

Much needed rest last night. It was a seedy hotel out on skid row but the night guy was super nice. The buzzer was broken out of the door and there was an ambulance emergency in the back of the hotel when we got there. Very Law and Order:SVU. Slept like a baby though. I started reading Dune. The book had kept reappearing in my life in various contexts and synchronicities that I decided I needed to read it. I have not read it before. I'm only 25 pages in but I like it so far. Loved the movie as a kid. I know it's not cool to like that movie amongst bookish people and Lynch fans but I'm not here to impress those ( Read more... )
