Recently I saw a scooter with two guys riding on it. Generally, guys do not "ride bitch" on rice-rockets or cruisers, much less a scooter. It looked like a Honda Silverwing.Some time after that, I saw a green minivan, something like a Dodge Caravan, with spinners. It's like they just took the lid off the trunk. Actually, it makes perfect sense given what their market research probably shows. I participated in a market research group on pickup trucks about a year and a half ago. It quickly became clear that I was the only one in the room who wanted a pickup truck that was actually a pickup truck. Everyone else just wanted a car with a truck box instead of a trunk so that they could haul gardening supplies, etc. Some of them even said they wouldn't mind a truck with a full back seat and a 3 or 4 foot bed.

I suspect this will be a case of people not really wanting what they thought they wanted, though.
