What are the issues that directly affect your life? Who are you going to vote for, and why?

I don't care for either candidate. However, Obama scares the shit out of me for his stance on spending, gun control, and his total lack of foreign policy.

- Gun control.
- Taxes.
- Privacy.
- Big government.

Who am I going to vote for? I haven't the foggiest idea. Nobody who's running holds positions anywhere near where I'd like the country to go (less gun control, less taxes, more privacy, smaller government), so I'm not sure.

My primary issues are gun rights, Constitutional government, less government, and the economy. I'm writing in Ron Paul. I know some people see this as wasting a vote, but I won't simply not vote. Non-voters are seen as apathetic, and I'm not apathetic; I'm fed up and angry. Obama is completely out of the question. He doesn't seem to have any clue about the economy, and he just picked Biden as a running mate! (In recognition of which I went out and spent a few more hundred dollars on high-cap mags and spare parts.) There isn't anything about McCain I like, either. So, I'm writing in Ron Paul. At least I can feel good about my vote.

The economy is really the only issue that directly affects most everyone's life. Everyone is feeling the burn of our poor state of affairs and will continue to feel it more and more no matter which of the two economic idiots get elected, and no matter how people continue to vote for more economic idiots in the state and federal congress. We're screwed unless there is a massive awakening that we cannot continue to fight wars everywhere, have bases everywhere, spend like a nation of addicts, and continue with the Federal Reserve Cartel looking to start fights, fund fights, collect your taxes for interest borrowed on govt spending, and play DestructiCon with the economy.

"Don't blame me I voted for Ron Paul!"
