I keep trying but Im not seeing results....
This morning I went to the gym and worked out for 2 and a half hours. Weighed myself- 108lbs. So I've lost two pounds?? I dunno the scale at the gym says 108 and the one at home says 110 so Im goin to average it at 109lbs. and say I lost one pound.
Today at the gym I did:
One hour of pilates/yoga - 100
