It's 5 past the hour, and I'm alone, and no where near intoxicated, even though I said "Fuck sobriety".

If I had a bullet, I would have eaten it at midnight. Wouldn't that have been profound.

NEW YORK (AP) -- Michael Vale, the actor best known for his portrayal of a sleepy-eyed Dunkin' Donuts baker who said "Time to make the doughnuts," has died. He was 83.

Vale died Saturday in New York City of complications from diabetes, according to son-in law Rick Reil.

Am I the only one to see the irony in this?

I finally sold my guitar after it's been siting in my closet for the past 10 years or so. Funny thing is, it wasn't that hard to say goodbye. All my attachment was gone and it paid for a new mixer, so all is well with the world.

Mind... wandering.. can't, stay, focused...

Just came across my baby book today, started reading some of mom's notes.

I like this one inparticular -

"March 21, 1978 - Went for first motorcycle ride. Loved it."

They really, really, really need to fix the A/C in here. It's so warm right now, I can't even stay focused. I just want to curl up and take a nap under my desk.

I'm sure it will get fixed just in time for Autumn.
