have you tried the frisbee approach--Seppuku? http://www.realultimatepower.net/index4.htm no?? well then, in that case suicide probably isn't worth it, especially not for people as cute as you, so be happy and just break stuff. that approach is much more productive after all.

I'm sorry things are so bad for you at the moment :/

Perhaps seeing a councellor wouldn't be such a bad idea. It can help just to have someone to talk to, and a councellor wouldn't judge you or anything. I sometimes think I should see one, so I understand that it's not as easy as it sounds to just get on and book the appointment. *huggles*
