Well... after a hormonally fueled argument with one of my bosses where he made light of my ability to find another job I went to the greenhouse I used to work at and was offered a place within 15 minutes. I'm not entirely sure what to do with it. I've been really upset with my current job for the way they treat me, but I'm not sure if I can justify

You'll be shocked how everything will improve when you don't hate what you do.
Also, don't go with the mysterious place. Employers who aren't willing to lay out what it is they even do from the start aren't up to any good.
But seriously, don't feel guilty. Just leave and go back to the greenhouse. Money is NOT everything, and from the sound of things you've been miserable where you're at for quite a while. I give you permission to be happy!! ^_^ That alone is justification enough. In the end, you're the only person you have to justify anything to.
(This from the person who is considering a PhD that would mean a $30k/year pay cut... not to mention 4 more years of school.)
