I've had this false, but pleasing, belief that most of my family and friends love and care about me. Thankfully, Mom and Da interact with me so I'm made aware that they love me unconditionally. I let people in. They enter like compressed sponges in a glass of water soaking up everything growing at an exponential rate. They exit larger, rounded, more robust and saturated versions of their former selves. I am the glass. I am empty.

Dan is working on the cover art for Teddy Washington's newest CD. Dan chose to do a painting as opposed to something on the computer. He painted the majority of the painting outside because of the fumes. Grace is at my folks so, he's set up in the livingroom. He's almost finished, just adding the last fine lines. I love watching him work.

It's nearly 11 am and I haven't done much except make breakfast and eat it. I planned to go back to bed, but didn't quite manage that either. I've been on line trying to figure out my school schedule. Nearly ALL my pre-reqs are taken and/or in conflict with other courses I want to take.
