So today was a good day. Got stuff pretty much arranged on Saturday it looks like. Also, today... my left ear popped. Good pop, not bad pop. I could hear from it for a while today which means my hearing is recovering finally, a year after the badness happened with it. Not a brick
so, contrary to what I told a friend earlier today... my laptop is not a brick, but tried to become one. I got home from work tonight, unplugged its hard drive and plugged it back in... After that, I attempted another hard drive detection and for some strange reason it worked. Dunno what was up, but since I do most of my writing on this thing... I' ( Read more... ) -

At a rate of 15 mph, or 180 miles per day, by Rented skyship, it takes 9 days to travel between Lookshy, and Larek's kingdom.
At a rate of 6 mph, or 30 miles per day, on horseback... or 500 miles per month, it takes three and 1/5 months to travel between Lookshy and Larek's kingdom...
