Wiiowned?

Not really. To be honest I never had my hopes that high up for thinking that I'd actually get one (upon release date). So it didn't shock me that every Wal Mart we went to had a line of about 20 people waiting for one (20-28 Wii's avg). So we basically spent the whole night Wal hopping until we finally split up and went separate ways ( Read more... )

LOL the WII came out sooner than i thought and just when i'm flat broke too X[ but i wonder how much it cost for one? I'm not surprised that there's a line of people who will brave the cold to get the first WIIs. I'll probably hafta wait a few months before i get one though, darnit X

Hey, don't worry about it. It's not like I have the cash either. I just want one cause I support Nintendo all the way. As they say: "Know your Roots" That, and Smash Bros. Ten years of Nintendo for download as well as Sega. Also, I own Game Cube games, based on some current problems with my GC, it'll be good to get one, since Nintendo doesn't try to cheat out their fans.

I kinda wanted to see how big the lines were gonna get at Best Buy, but alas I wasn't driving.

There was even a small line at Circuit City when I was going to church. I kinda wonder how many they had....

1st off: I'm GLAD that you got the system.

2ndly, wherein yesterday going onto today did I get on your case about waiting in line for one? If you wanted to, so be it. All matters is getting the system. And you have it as I figured. Personally, that's not what I would've done.

Let me also say that, you shouldn't take offense to what I wrote. You know me better than that. It's just jokes man. Besides I was willing to wait till midnight to get one, but I wasn't going to sleep outside of a store in order to get something that I can still wait on. Besides, bills and job come first for us.

But yeah, enjoy it when you wake up.

Great shit. But now I know why the alarm went off, he forgot to take off the antitheft cases on my games, so I had to nigger open them myself. Tenkaichi will definitely be a fun party game, didn't go through all the basics but it'll be easy to handle after a few battles. Zelda looks pretty good, but I only got a few minutes in.

Cool enough. I figured you guys'd get one based on the whole BB situation. But hey at least you got what you wanted. Alls you gotta do now is hold out for Smash Bros. Brawl when it comes out.
