If you met someone
Who was exactly like you,
Would you befriend them?

I don't think so.

I think that happened on an episode of Sliders. Odd, that.

I would decide to let the other person decide whether to befriend me, and they would decide the same.

*shrug* I've gotten as close as reality will let me to doing so, and they're some of my best friends.
If there was someone truly exactly like me, we'd either completely ignore each other or fight to the death over issues of who gets to like what.

If I knew it was an exact clone identical to me it would be ok. Otherwise he’d probably get on my nerves, if he was in the same social group. I've always liked acting fairly uniquely and if there were 2 of me, it would impede the uniqueness of my actions.

Basically, clone of me = good, very similar, but not a clone = probably annoying.

We'd be ever so friendly. We could talk about us all night.

Between bouts of vigorous sexual intercourse, that is...
