I got the same IM from you 3 times telling me to check out "a nice pic" and with a link. As a general rule I don't click on random links unless the person tells me more about it, and you had signed off so I couldn't ask you about it. I didn't click the link and damn am I glad. Sure hope no one else did.

Wouldn't hurt to download it. It'd hurt to try running it. I figured it was a misnamed file, perhaps, so I asked him about it. He told me about the virus, at which point I bitched out earthlink for hosting it. I am very upset though that they did not send me a copy of the chat like I requested.

I had gotten that message from Cameron before you (I presume you probably got it from him). I clicked on it, but firefox immediately asked if I wanted to download the thing or just open it. Since it never responds to pictures that way, I immediately closed the window.

I'm glad you got rid of it and I gotta agree about the hydrofluoric acid.
