Sometimes, I have ideas that are funny and vastly inappropriate. Most of the time I keep them quiet (at least as far as the general public is concerned, my poor wife has to hear almost all of them...pray for her). But this is not one of those times. I'm foisting it upon the poor unfortunate souls that read my LJ.

Hummm... but you don't have even one female on your list... Mary Ann Cotton, Jeanne Weber... the list goes on. Really amazing thing (took a class on these types of criminals as an undergrad- well, just cuz) male Serial Killers usually have "reasons" that have to do with control, obvious menal defect, or urges. Females tend to do what they do for a) money or b) to be viewed as "vitims". Most females, though with fewer victims than their male counterparts, haven't "heard voices", never felt the "urge", and believed themselves to be perfectly lucid. In my opinion, they are much more heartless and more socially deviant (if that's possible).
