I've been listening to Alice in Chains alot recently. I used to like them, but I think I like them even more now. Their licks are exactly the kind of stuff I want to come out of my guitar.

I didn't have the MTV Unplugged cd before though...that's the best cd I've heard in a long time. Not many cds give me goosebumps these days.

I'm confused about vitamins...

I bought these one a day for men a while back and have been taking them daily. But the facts on the label say it contains 300% of your daily value of B12.

So if you take them once a day why the extra 200%?
