Happy Opening Day!

The happiest day of the year.

Here's the skinny on the O's this year:
They will be terrible. No one, from the manager straight on up to the commentators on ESPN, expect the O's to win very many games. But this is ok, b/c we're rebuilding. This is a long-overdue and welcome move and fans are very excited.

...learning, even belatedly, that when ARod was presented with the trophy/prize thing for hitting 500 home runs, the guy pulling off the curtain knocked the trophy off and sent the easel flying backwards.

I love Amsterdam.
