HALLOWEEN
The season of the blinky lights and strobes.

Halloween...is not the friend of photosensitivity in epilepsy. I miss going outside for it but it is perhaps the most abusive holiday to my seizure issues so I am forced to be caged in for the night. I hate Halloween. Boo. Boo hoo.

I do NOT miss having seizures or seizure symptomology.

A calmer day it is. Had some coffee. Opened a tin of boneless petite rainbow trout in mountain spring water, added some sumac,thyme,white sesame seeds and hemp seed oil to it, and relaxed eating slowly meditating over this past week.

It's really been a long week.

November is Epilepsy Awareness Month

I have epilepsy. For those that don't know November has been Epilepsy Awareness Month for years.I

Mom has a blood clot on the right lung.

Yes. That's right. A hair cut.

Approx. a foot and a half maybe more, of hair,  was cut off.

Perhaps not gluten. Dov suspects it could be the flu shot I got thursday. Last year I reacted to it baddly getting a 'dead version' of the flu for at least three days afterwards and so it could be that. I have been 'off' since thursday so he is perhaps correct.
